1. Do not eat hard-to-digest foods one hour before fitness: meat, fats, etc. You can eat appropriate carbohydrates (staple foods) such as rice, steamed buns, etc. (For example: eat a banana~~)

2. Before starting to exercise, you must exercise fully to adapt your body to prevent sports injuries. When practicing upper limbs, you must warm up your shoulders!

3. If you exercise for more than 60 minutes, you need to supplement with sports drinks and mineral water, which can effectively prevent the loss of electrolytes caused by excessive sweating.

4. Not all fitness equipment during exercise is suitable for you. You must make a suitable exercise plan based on your physical fitness and health status! !

5. Stretch for no less than ten minutes after exercise, which can reduce muscle pain the next day.

6. If you need to build muscle, you can supplement protein powder, eggs, beef and other high-protein foods after fitness, which can better improve exercise efficiency and slow down delayed muscle soreness.

7. If you need to lose fat, you should appropriately reduce your energy intake. Pay special attention to water intake during fitness exercises, and follow the principle of small amounts and multiple times.

8. Muscle soreness the day after exercise is a normal reaction.


9. Be sure to wear sportswear and shoes when exercising, which can not only improve sports performance, but also reduce sports risks. If necessary, you should also wear other auxiliary tools such as weight-bearing belts, grip belts, knee pads, belts, etc. , especially the belt, for beginners, can well protect the lumbar spine from injury.

10. Of course, don’t forget to listen to some dynamic music, which can increase the effect when exercising.

11. It is not recommended to go to the gym after drinking alcohol, because alcohol can speed up blood circulation, and high-intensity exercise can easily induce high blood pressure and other diseases.

12. Try not to smoke within half an hour after training. Accelerated blood circulation will promote the absorption of nicotine.

13. People's body temperature, blood pressure, testosterone, etc. are constantly changing throughout the day, which determines muscle strength and hormone levels. I think the best time for fitness is around 4 to 6 pm. Injuries are more likely to occur at this time. The possibility is minimized and the muscle strength is maximized, so the training intensity can be higher.

14. When training with fitness equipment, if you feel that you are weak, don’t force yourself to lift it up. Think that you are just exercising. For novices, the rhythm of movements must be controlled slowly.

15. You can bring a towel with you during training to facilitate wiping sweat.


16. Don’t take a shower immediately after training. Just after exercise, the pores of the body are open and it is easy to catch cold.

17. If it is your first time to get on a spinning bike, you must follow the correct guidance of the instructor to ensure safe exercise.

18. Do not eat irritating foods the day before the physical test (BMI, body fat rate, basal metabolic rate, etc.), and do not drink irritating drinks four hours before the physical test.

19. The intensity of exercise varies from person to person. Don’t blindly compare, exercise rationally, and refuse to follow blindly!

20. After exercising with the fitness equipment, return the fitness equipment to its original place. Good habits should be praised.
