Showcasing Our Customer's Order of Weight Plates

2024-08-05

Recently, we had an exciting order from a customer in Australia who placed an impressive $210,000 fitness equipment with us. Among the items included were some custom weight plates, and I’m thrilled to share that they’ve just been completed! We sent photos of the finished products to the customer, and I’m happy to report that they were very satisfied.

In this order, we created three different  of weight plates, including fully rubber-coated dumbbell plates and rubber-encased dumbbell plates. Let’s take a moment to appreciate our finished products!

Now, let me introduce you to two types of dumbbell weight plates

Firstly, there are Full Rubber Weight Plates, which are made entirely of rubber. The advantages of Full Rubber Weight Plates are as follows:

1. The rubber material is very durable. Normal gym use will not wear it out and it will last longer and will not look old due to the wear and tear of everyday use.

2. It is less likely to damage the gym floor. If you've ever accidentally dropped metal Weight Plates, you know how loud and damaging they can be. Rubber weight plates, on the other hand, are softer and help protect the equipment and the floor. This is very important in commercial gyms where there will be many gym goers using Weight Plates at the same time.

3.All rubber plates have a unique feel. They are easier to grip, which enhances the experience of using them and you will be more likely to choose Weight Plates when you use them for your workout.

Rubber coated weight plates feature a layer of rubber wrapped around a solid iron plate. This design combines the benefits of both materials. The iron core allows Weight Plates to be made smaller, which is perfect for professional weightlifters who need heavier weights. Additionally the rubber coating is just as effective as the full rubber plate in reducing noise products and also protects the floor and Weight Plates from damage.

Rubber Coated Weight Plates also have a more traditional look to them, they bring a more classic feel to the gym reminiscent of old school weightlifting and most weightlifters prefer these Weight Plates.

Both the Rubber Coated Weight Plates and the Full Rubber Weight Plates ensure that users don't have to struggle with rusty weights. This is perfect for those who train in wet environments or store their weights in less than ideal conditions. Our weight plates are durable and will ensure that they remain in good condition for years to come.

Weight plates are an indispensable accessory in the fitness world, and Longglory's Weight Plates can be customised with colours, logos, and weights, so you can come to us and have your Weight Plates customised to suit the style of your gym, so get started!
